What we collect

We only collect information that helps us care for you or your loved one. This may include your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share when you contact us, schedule a tour, or request information about placement.

What we do not ask for

Our website forms are not the place for sensitive records. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance member numbers, or payment card details through this site. When a placement conversation moves forward, we collect anything we genuinely need privately and securely, and we tell you why.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your questions, schedule tours, coordinate care conversations, and keep families updated. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising or anything unrelated to caring for our residents and families.

Who we share with

We only share information when it is necessary to provide care or comply with the law. This may include trusted partners such as health plan coordinators, case managers, or regulatory agencies involved in a resident's care.

How we protect it

We keep your information secure using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is limited to the people who need it to support our residents and families.

Cookies and analytics

Our website stores one small item in your browser to remember whether you accepted or declined cookies. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Our Cookie Policy explains this in full.

Children

This website is meant for adults. Our services are for adult residents, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit our forms. If we learn that a child's information reached us through this site, we delete it. A parent or guardian can contact us and we will remove it right away.

Emails from us

We only email you to answer a question, follow up on a tour, or continue a placement conversation. We do not send marketing newsletters or add you to any list. If we ever do send a general update, every message will carry a clear unsubscribe link. Either way, you can tell us to stop at any time by replying to any email or calling us, and we will stop.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and tour information only as long as it is useful to you and to us, such as while a placement is being considered or while you remain in contact with our home. When there is no longer a reason to keep it, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us at any time, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. You will never be treated differently for asking.

How to request deletion

Call (651) 703-5548 or email Malik@huunocare.org and say you would like your information deleted. Include the name, phone number, or email address you used so we can find it. We will confirm your request within a few days and delete what we hold within 30 days, then tell you when it is done.

One exception: if you or your loved one is a current or former resident, some care and billing records must be kept for a period set by Minnesota law and by the programs that pay for care. We will tell you plainly which records those are and delete everything else.
